TAXI YOGA was designed to improve the health of professional drivers and anyone who sits for prolonged periods of time. Students learn exercises and breathing techniques for the body and mind with a focus on the lower back, neck, and shoulders. Relaxation techniques, healthy diet, and general body awareness are also emphasized.
